Oftentimes when residents are moving in or out of a home, they accumulate large quantities of trash such as damaged furniture, mattresses, and appliances. Normally, residents are limited to 6 bags or bins per collection, unless they have called Rumpke Customer Service to schedule bulk waste collection with 24 hours or more of advance notice and proper preparation. Rumpke representatives will advise as to the "proper preparation" of materials; for example, mattresses and upholstered items must be wrapped in plastic prior to collection.
Please note that construction debris from home renovations is not eligible for Rumpke's bulk waste service.
