Holiday Recycling Efforts Holiday lights will be accepted for recycling at Township Hall during normal business hours from November 15-January 13. In partnership with Keep Delaware County Beautiful, burnt-out or otherwise discarded lights will be recycled properly. When lights are misdirected to Rumpke, they become
entangled in their specialized sorting equipment causing damage and delays.

Instead of trashing live trees at the curb after the holidays, residents can drop them off to be chipped into mulch for use in Township parks. Any excess will be composted. To participate, remove decorations from the tree and bring it to the maintenance facility located beyond the Fire Station (7049 Big Walnut Road) on weekdays from January 3-13, 7a.m.-3p.m. Pile trees in the designated area next to the chipper.
