Work in the Right of Way (Permit)
Work to be performed within the Township right-of-way must receive approval. Examples of work requiring a permit include but are not limited to: tree removal, sidewalk repairs/replacement, downspout connections/repairs, and driveway apron construction.
Complete the Request for work in Right of Way application to receive approval prior to beginning work. Applications must be submitted via the online form.
Project materials are not authorized to be placed along the side of a roadway, side walk, or other public right of way without approval from the Township.
