The Police Department will have informational booths, refreshments, and hot dogs fresh off the grill. And, the department’s new K-9, Ben, and his handler, Officer Michael Sigman will be on hand for everyone to meet.
October is Fire Prevention Month, and our Fire Department will be giving exciting and informative demonstrations throughout the day. The firefighters have also been working on special activities for the kids and will have treats for kids of all ages!
Volunteers are a welcome and much needed part of the event. If you would like to become involved with the Township, please consider volunteering some time for this fun family event. From making baskets, building a straw maze and decorating, to working the games and activities the day of the event, there are many opportunities to help make this a day to remember!
To volunteer or for additional information, call or email Director of Human Resources/Community Relations Linda Greco at (614) 568-2022 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
