How do I dispose of hazardous waste (paints, oils, old “mercury” thermometers, etc.?

Disposal of any hazardous material is illegal in Ohio unless done so by an approved agency or approved method. Further information on this can be secured by contacting the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA). The OEPA can be reached at www.epa.state.oh.us/.
