Fire Prevention Education
Genoa Township firefighters educate residents about fire safety through school programming, birthday visits, and station tours. Firefighters fit these special occasions into their schedule provided they do not interfere with essential duties. Complete the form below to request a visit. Be aware that if an emergency arises, firefighters may need to leave early, arrive late, or cancel entirely.
Station tours are for groups or individuals with advance arrangements. The entire community is invited to the fire station to enjoy an open house with crafts, snacks, and activities one weekend each fall as part of National Fire Prevention Week. The open house is held in conjunction with Trick or Treat Village.
