The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) consists of five regular members and two alternate members who are citizens of the Township, appointed by the Township Trustees to make quasi-judicial decisions regarding the use of land in the Township.
The Board of Zoning Appeals holds regular monthly public hearings to review and decide applications. These hearings are conducted at the Township Hall, located at 5111 South Old 3C Highway. The Board may approve, deny or assign conditions of approval as necessary.
